Those who may be helping out with food or beverages.
Bring your own if you prefer, or pitch in and share.

We now have two women overseeing food and beverages we might share in common: Deb and Cole.
Areas of consideration:
pot lucks | barbeques | an open bar | breakfasts

This year our biggest concern is funding Deb and Cole in buying all the food needed to feed everyone.

The amazing spread fom 2021.

Something to drink for everyone.

Notes from last year, 2021

Pot Lucks

We need help in putting on a pot luck. A small quiet generator is stil needed to power up such things as a crock pot or blender etc.

While things are coming together, we would welcome your bringing something besides the food. Contact Deb or Cole or JoJo to see what's still needed that you might bring.

BBQ's

We will designate an area for group BBQ-ing with maybe a pit master to help oversee everything. Again, such things as tables and condiments and buns and napkins etc. will be needed and appreciated if you bring them. Let us know if you want to provide anything or BBQ something to share.

So far we have the following folks bringing something.

Open Bar

Okay, this one might be challenging. For those who would want to contribute something to drink. We'll need bartenders so the kids don't accidentally wonder off with a fifth of something or a triple martini. We can't leave this to chance and someone will need to keep an eye on it.

Remembering that this is a private party, We won't be selling drinks and won't have a liquor license. Almost nobody wants to give away free drinks, so only those who contribute a bottle or two should really belly up to the bar.

So far we have the following folks wanting to help. I'm not sure that we really want to list the bottles being brought here. But if you contribute, consider bringing some mixer as well?

If you drink, please don't drive. Plan to stay overnight or have a designated driver. ...We cool?

Deb Kelly has mentioned that she might do some bartending for us.

If anyone wants to bring water or soft drinks for the kids or anyone who's thirsty, we can put them in another area such as where the pot luck might be hapenning, away from the bar. Got ice? Coffee? Tea?

Breakfasts

Breakfast has been a big hit at other parties I've attended. Volunteer to bring something and cook. Pancakes, breakfast meats, eggs, hashbrowns, or you name it. Butter, syrup, sauces and again paper plates and napkins and utensils. A grill turns a BBQ into a breakfast machine.
